Advised Nandos on the acquisition of this corner unit in the development by Runnymede Borough Council and Linkcity.

Advised Co-operative Group Food Limited on the letting of the former International Stores shop unit on a 15 year lease.

Advised The Co-operative Group Food Limited on the acquisition of the former Nisa convenience store and adjoining restaurant unit

Advised Mumbles Group Limited on the letting of Unit 1 comprising 4,950 sq ft to the Co-operative Group Food Limited and Unit 2 comprising 2,000 sq ft is available to let with shared car parking.

R & C advised Mumbles Group Limited on the letting of Unit 1 comprising 4,000 sq ft to Co-operative Group Food Limited and Unit 2 comprising 2,000 sq ft to Pets Corner (UK) Limited, together with associated car parking.

R & C advised Ashfield Land and Standard Life in the letting of Regent Circus, Swindon.  Lettings include a 49,410 sq ft Morrisons Supermarket, Coal, Nandos, Prezzo, ASK, GBK, 6 screen Cineworld and car parking.

R & C advised Waitrose on the letting of a new supermarket comprising 36,500 sq ft at Trinity Road, Uttoxeter.  Car parking for 180 cars is provided in an under croft below the supermarket.

R & C advised  Urban & Civic on the letting to Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited of the new supermarket comprising over 100,000 sq ft with a petrol filling station and 500 car parking spaces.  Other commercial land adjoins together with 1,200 new homes.

R & C advised Ikea on the acquisition of the former Tinsley Wire site, adjacent to Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield. The site is approximately 13 acres and Ikea propose to construct a 400,000 sq ft store with 1,000 car parking spaces.

R & C advised Waitrose on a new 20 year lease  of  a 38,500 sq ft supermarket with 220 car parking spaces on the former Kraft site in Banbury.  The store is now open and trading.

R & C advised Asda Stores Limited on the acquisition of a 25 year lease of a supermarket comprising approximately 22,000 sq ft with 1,050 sq ft mezzanine in a mixed use development in Lewisham. There is provision for 111 car parking spaces. This is part of a mixed use development to include The Gym Group, 400 residential units and additional retail space.

R & C advised Morrisons on the letting of a My Local Convenience store in the  Barking Riverside new residential development of some 10,800 new homes.

R & C advised Genesis Housing Group in the letting of 4,500 sq ft to Sainsburys at Grahame Park, Colindale.
